We do not stock all of the items in the catalog, but we can order all of the items in it. There is a charge of $20.00 for the catalog, but we will give you a credit of $20 on your first order. Are there other ways to order besides from you web store?
You can order by E-mail, or by Phone. To order by E-mail, click on Contact Us and fill out the information. List the items that you want in the message field. We will call you to verify that we got your order. We will tell yuu what the dollar amount of your order is (including shipping charges, if any) and we will get your payment information. To order by Phone, just call us toll free at 1-866-752-7826 to place the order. Please Note: We can only accept credit card payments from credit cards issued by U.S. Banks

What methods of payment do you accept?
Orders submitted through our Web Store are paid for by using Pay Pal. For the quickest service, phone and E-mail orders should be paid for by using a major credit: Master Card, Visa, American Express, or Discover. The card must be issued by a bank in the US. You can pay with a bank, personal, or business check, but we will not ship your order until the payment clears.

Once I order, how soon will my order ship?
Most orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. If it will take longer to ship your order, or if a product is out of stock, we will notify you.
