SPECIAL SUMMER CLASSES FOR KIDS
Art Projects with Regina - Monday 11:30 to 12:45 - Price $25 per class
Class Dates - July 6,13,20,27 August 17,24,31 For Ages 9 and up
A new, one class project will be done each week. Various projects will include art skills
such as painting and drawing, as well as shape creation and design. Upcoming projects will be
displayed at our store.
Watercolor Painting with Charles - Tuesday 11:30 to 12:45 - Price $25 per class
Class Dates - July 7,14,21,28 August 11,18,25 September 1 For Ages 9 and up
Learn watercolor painting technique including brush strokes, perspective, and use of color.
Materials Needed - Yarka Paint Set, 9x12 Watercolor Block, Brush Set (rounds and flats).
Approximate cost of Materials is $20. If you have your own materials already, you can use them.
To reserve a spot in a class, you must pay in advance.

Basic Airbrushing Classes with Al Trepiccione - Wednesdays 5PM to 6:30PM -
Price $30*
Learn all of the airbrush basics. How they work. How to take them apart, clean them, and put them
back together. How various air pressures are used with different paints. How to control the air, and
the amount of color. How to do paint basic shapes and do shading. Practice using the air brush. This
is a complete basic airbrushing class. If you do not own an airbrush, you can borrow one from us.
Children's Classes - Ages 7 to 12 - Mondays 5PM-6:30PM - Price $25*
(Weekly Class) - Fine Art With Tohida Rehman
This is a weekly class where each week you will learn skills that build on the skills that you have
learned in previous weeks. Students will work at their own level. If you miss a week, you can pick up
where you left off in the last class you attended. Start by learning how to draw basic lines, basic shapes,
and different objects. Learn how to overlap shapes to create designs, and how to color them. Then, work on
still life drawings. Next, learn how to work with and mix colors, using water-based colors like watercolors
and acrylics. Tinting and shading lessons will follow. Then you will learn how to make designs using primary
and secondary colors, as well as tinting and shading. You will graduate to drawing flowers and coloring them
with watercolors. Landscape work will follow.
Teen's Classes - Ages 13 to 17 - Wednesdays 5PM-6:30PM - Price $25*
(Weekly Class) - Fine Art With Tohida Rehman
This is a weekly class where each week you will learn skills that build on the skills that you have
learned in previous weeks. Students will work at their own level. If you miss a week, you can pick up where
you left off in the last class you attended. You start with a drawing test to evaluate your skill level of
drawing and painting. You will learn how to draw shapes and lines, and work up to still life drawing. Different
mediums including pencils, charcoals, pastels, watercolors, acrylics, and oil paints will be used. Flower
drawing and painting will be next, and you will then work on landscapes.
Children/Teen's Classes - Ages 9-13 - Tuesdays 5:15PM-6:30PM - Price $25*
(Weekly Class) - Acrylic Painting with Regina Halliday
For all skill levels. Learn how to Paint in Acrylic including how to make various brush strokes, how to
use and mix color, how to compose your painting, and more. Materials needed: 9x12 canvas pad, Acrylic
Paint in student grade (12 colors), medium round brush, flat 1" wash brush, thin detail brush (or
beginner brush set), wax paper or disposable palettes, and paper towels.
Adult Classes
Watercolor Painting with Thomas Schiavone (age 16 and up) Saturdays - 11AM to 12:15PM -
Cost $30 per class*
You must sign-up and pay in advance.
No refunds for no shows. You must cancel by 2PM on Friday to get a refund.

Materials Needed - Paints - Red, Ultramarine Blue, Cad Yellow, Sap Green, Cad Orange, Burnt Sienna, Burnt Umber,
Paynes Gray. Folding Palette, 10"x14" Watercolor Block, #12 or #14 Round Brush, ½" Wash Brush, HB pencil.
Calligraphy with Mario Politi (age 16 and up) Fridays - 5PM to 6:30PM Cost $25 per class*

Learn how to form alphabets, numbers, borders and more. Paper and alphabet will be supplied. Materials
that student must bring are a calligraphy pen (Sheaffer medium with cartridge is fine),
#2 pencil, and small kneaded eraser.
Acylic Painting Class - Ages 18 and up - Thursdays 5:00PM-6:30PM - Price $30*
